Pont 1. & 2:

These two points have discussed in depth. The result is that OBA needs funds(money) for its activities. So need of the hour is to raise funds hence to strengthen the OBA.The following decisions have been taken to raise funds & strengthen the OBA.

1.      Regional Chapters of the OBA are to be formed.

2.      The Himachal Pradesh is to be divided into four regions i.e.

(I).Hamirpur Chapter (Hamirpur, Bilaspur&Una)

(II).Palampur Chapter (Kangra & Chamba)

(III).Mandi Chapter (Mandi, Kullu & Lahol Sapiti)

(IV).Shimla Chapter (Shilma ,Solan & Kinnaur)

To run the regional chapters of The OBA local bodies are to be elected. And these local bodies                      will be responsible for conducting local meetings and collection of member subscriptions/other funds.

The local bodies of Hamirpur & Palampur are elected today itself. And local bodies for other regions are in the process, members r requested to send their suggestions. .(like Chandigarh,Delhi,Mumbai, Armed Forces & Overseas)

3.      Member subscription fee.

Rs.500/- is decided as annual member subscription fee and all members are requested to send subscription fee by August every year.The money can be deposited in the OBA account (President OBA Sainik School Sujanpur Tihra) either on line or through DD/Cheque.

The Account No. is 0890010101015817 PNB Sujanpur.

Note: Please don’t forget to fill in the form/DD/Cheque President OBA SSST otherwise money will not be accepted by the bank.

Point 3. Position of fund is as follows.

So it clearly shows that the account is in negative. And we need funds urgently.

The major contributions for Vir Smarak came from Rang Rajan Shrotri (`50000/-),Rajeev Jamwal(`15000),Maj. Satish Sharma(`5000), Naresh Dhiman(`20000) SDO IPH ,Arvind Kaushal R.N.366(`50000) & Ravi Bagga R.N.363(`10000) .

And other members have contributed a minimum ` 2000/-each.

So those who have been left may please send their contributions at the earliest. As much more work of Vir Smarak is still pending due to want of money. `500000/-are more required to complete the prestigious project of OBA.

Point 4.

Further maintence of Vir Smarak be will carried out by the OBA itself as the school administration has informed its helplessness due to funds. So members are requested to send their contributions for Vir Smarak.

Point 5.

The local bodies are directed to inform/contact the members beside the executive body of the OBA.Also individual members are requested to inform whoso ever is in their contact and make it sure to attend the 2^nd Nov. Meet. Members are also requested to look out updates on facebook and sujanians.org.
